Orders usually take two weeks from the date on which the order was placed to completion.
Chest Logo
A Left Chest logo is usually 2.5" to 3.5 " wide.
Hats & Visors
The maximum height for a cap design is 2.25" and can be as wide as 3.5".
Visors have a maximum height of 1". If your logo is larger than that, we will have
to size the image appropriately. In most cases we can embroider on the side or
the back of the cap.
Embroidered Text
Keep in mind that text shorter than 0.25" (6mm)
will not be legible and may need to
be resized. We can adjust your design if necessary.
Yes! Once your logo has been approved and paid for, we will gladly email
you a copy of the digitized file.
The setup fee is a one time fee that
covers the digitization of your logo or artwork for embroidery.
Digitization refers to the process of converting a flat image file into an embroidery
program that the machine
can use to reproduce your image with needle and thread. Digitization involves defining stitch counts, needle paths, thread color selection,
and other embroidery parameters.
We do not do design work at Stitch Designs, but we highly recommend a local graphic design company called Small

Yes.
For shirts, other apparel, and most accessories the minimum order is 4 pieces.
For caps, hats, and visors the minimum is 12.
Baby blanket keepsakes and personalized tote bags may be purchased and embroidered
individually.
Yes! We can embroider garments that are brought in.
Yes. Please communicate to us what it is you want. We can provide many other items
not represented on our website.
No, they do not include embroidery. We will provide an embroidery price quote based
upon your request.
Yes, our standard shipping method is UPS ground. Cost is based on weight & destination.
